Camilo is a Managing Partner at Angel Ventures, a Mexico-based firm investing in early-stage startups across LATAM, and has been working in private equity, startup consulting, and venture capital for the past 15 years.

Prior to joining Angel Ventures, Camilo was the CEO of Kinetic Projects, a Management consulting firm focused on helping venture capitalists and startups in the entertainment, mobility, e-commerce, and finance fields, based in Miami. He also held an Executive Board Member and Acting CEO position at ShowMobile, a tech company building cutting-edge social entertainment applications for Media and Entertainment companies and their fans.

Prior to that, Camilo worked for EMI Music based in the United States, where he was the CEO for Latin America and subsequently became Senior Executive VP and COO for EMI Music’s International Business.

Before EMI Music, Camilo was the Managing Director for Latin America at New Line Cinema and Managing Director of the Epic Label at Sony Music.

Camilo holds an MBA from the MIT School of Management in Boston and a Business Degree from the Universidad Catolica de Salta in Argentina.
